Today we were in Liverpool taking in the fabulous Look/13 photography festival. After viewing the Rankin exhibit at the Walker (and several smaller exhibits there), which was sad and inspiring in equal measure, we popped into the newly refurbished Central Library next door. I really like what they have done with the space – especially the large open glass roof in the atrium – it just makes you want to look up.
