Day 154: Remembrance Tree, Piccadilly Gardens

Day 154

On my way across Piccadilly Gardens this morning, I stopped and looked up at the Tree of Remembrance, a bronze sculpture of a tree with the names of civilian victims from WW2 etched on it’s trunk and leaves.  It’s an odd thing seen from a distance, but I quite like it from this angle.

Taken with my Olympus Pen EP-1. Setting: Aperture Priority. Aperture: f3.5; Shutter: 1/500; ISO: 100.
