Apparently today marks the end of British Cheese Week. Who knew? I’ve not seen or heard anything about it. We did, however, indulge in some cheese at lunch time, so did our bit without knowing it! The cheeses on the board today were (l-r): Saint Agur (French); Blacksticks Blue (British, Lancashire); Ardrahan (Irish); Stinking Bishop (British, Gloucestershire); Flakebridge (British, Cumbria); Caboc (British, Highlands); Mimolette (French). So more British than not.
