2014, Day 17: Cooking, Sindun-Myeon, Icheon

2014, Day 17

Sometimes it is not always clear what something might be, when you don’t speak the language and come across something unfamiliar.  I learnt to read Hangul before coming over on this trip, but it only really helps with familiar words, like place names!  Icheon is well known for it’s pottery, but the pot shape at the top of this fire suggests that maybe it’s cooking something else…
